Since 2013, I’ve had a passion for YOGA as a physical practice, and I’ve been fortunate to learn from inspiring teachers and yoga experts.

My mom was my first yoga teacher; she showed me the art of mindfulness and creating a balanced life, by inviting me along to her weekly yoga classes. I've been drawn to yoga as a means of mental & bodily rest ever since. Yoga brings the mind-body connection to our heart's center with grounded poses that untie our KNOTTED way of moving and thinking in the world.
Having the chance to share the lessons and experiences learned with my students is endlessly rewarding. The world of yoga offers all of us a unique chance to connect with ourselves.
